Polyurethane O Rings
Solid PU O-Rings come in 2 formations. For 90% of applications, a thermally fused (joined) round belt is adequate for the high intensity work load and flexibility required to drive the carrying rollers. PU Belting are able to fabricate rings at any size or diameter between 80-90 shore hardness, depending on the elasticity required. All belts are fabricated in-house.
For all other high speed drives, we are able to source and distribute specially produced ‘seamless’ o-rings which are fully moulded without a join. This product is able to handle higher loads and speeds, and is available upon request.

We can provide custom size o-ring drive belts with no tooling costs. Our o-rings are specifically designed for power transmission and they are far superior to and longer lasting than ordinary ‘sealing type’ o-rings’. And because they are not molded they can have almost any cross-section or length your application requires.
